Prof.  Laura Morales Aguayo

•   BA in Communication from the Iberoamericana University and Master in Advertising from the Universidad de la Salle Bajío. Diploma in Cultural´s Journalism from the Cloister of Sor Juana and Information Technology and Communication University Iberoamericana León .
• Project Coordinator production Radio Council for Culture of León from 1989 to 1996 .
• Director of the box sound, audio studio and training from 1993 to date.
• Technical Secretary of the Municipal Youth Council 1999 to 2002.
• Subdirector of the of Youth Promotion of the Municipality of León from 2002 to 2005.
• Has been academic for 23 years at various universities such as Universidad Iberoamericana (15 years), the Salle Bajío (17 years), Univa, CEU (now University of León ), University of Durango in Zacatecas, University of Celaya, among others.
• Participated as part of the research team of the Latin American Association of Radio Education ( Ecuador ) in the production of a Latin American research on media and institutions of civil society with the theme: "Women killed in Juarez and the image of the civil society groups in film and video”,  which is part of the publication “Communication for social change in Latin America: practices for linking social movements  y communication networks " published by the University of La Plata in 2007 Argentinean .
• Part of the Organizing Committee of the International Short Film Festival Short Expression, now International Film Festival in Guanajuato for 15 years and has been responsible for coordinating volunteers, conferences, focus the jury and for the third year is Red Carpet Coordinator . The festival receives more than 110,000 visitors each year (10 days of festival).
• Coordinator countless radio projects. It has been dedicated to the training of university students, government employees, academics and entrepreneurs. Her areas of specialization are the production of radio, narration, voice management and its possibilities in the customer service and new technologies applied to education, social networks and construction of youth identity, speaking and handling mass media , among others.
•  Active Member of the National Network of Women of Mexican Radio since 1996.
• Coordinator of the Network Comunication of Guanajuato.
• Currently she´s a full-time academic at the Universidad Iberoamericana León , coordinator of Student Participation and coordinator of Radio Ibero Leon (University Radio Station).
